EPISODE #12
Ed and Danny start their series on the amazing buying and selling book Pitch Anything.
Everyone needs to read this book.
Selling anything today is about the “economy of attention”.
You need to cut through the noise. It takes less than 20 minutes to pitch and win the deal when you know how.
Today’s discussion covers the need to make pitching fun, the art of frame control and the parralel betweem dating rituals and business deals.
Slow and steady is the key. So, if you don’t have the book, grab a copy of Pitch Anyything, strap yourself in and enjoy the ride.

Ed, can you break this down in Challenge Plus for us?
I’ve gotten the book–and went through it. About to do it again.
Brilliant.
Best,
Lawton
P.S.-Specific examples would be awesome from you. (if you want).
We’ll be pulling the book apart right here over the next few weeks.
This is right up there with the likes of built to sell and getting everything you can out of all you’ve got.
The best part is the simple examples that you can use as a basis to construct your own arguments.
What a cracker !!
Looking forward to more analysis.
A suggestion.
Considering the nature of the podcast. Can you apply the learnings to the website deal that ed structured in more analysis in future podcasts ?
good idea Jock.
we’ll look at covering it down the track.
Just started reading Pitch Anything off the back of this Ep. Brilliant recommendation. It’s on par with Built to Sell, and definitely contender for books of the year (not sure about book of the decade!).
I continue to enjoy the poddy gents, keep up the awesomeness.
Thank Luke!
Just about to start reading “built to sell”. I hear it’s a ripper too.
Hey Ed, I read this book after reading one of your tweets and you are right. It’s a brilliant book and I highly recommend it also. I have read Chaldini etc but this one puts it bluntly and I can’t wait to try it.
Great Podcast about it too. Yes I can see how Frank Kern has been using frame control. Oh dear … Do I smell another “control” product coming from the Kern enterprise? LOL!
Scott, there is always something coming from Frank
